Item description
An absolutely stunning and extremely rare oil/acrylic painting. Incredibly mesmerizing with a harmonic blend of colors.
This is a 25.5" x 29.5" portrait with skilled detail. The apparition- like figure is against an extremely well painted musical background with angels, script font, and musical notes. See pictures.
This painting is THE original and one of a kind. Attached to the back of the frame is a poetic note from the tortured soul of the artist, David Rocha. The hand written note suggests the painting is a self-portrait and the artist was struggling with dark spiritual thoughts.
The information we have on Rocha suggests he was a troubled man struggling with drug and female addiction. An artist in its truest form.
We are uncertain on the material of the painting but it is between either oil or acrylic (or both).
The painting is signed David Rocha on the front and back with the year 2000.
The frame itself is beautiful with an exquisite pattern, and the portrait is overall excellently framed. See pictures.
