We are a small business that has been trading for a number of years on other platforms but are new to Bonanza, as of 2021. We primarily deal in T-shirts and Posters of varying sizes. Please have a look at our store where we will be listing a large number of items we have created over the years during the coming months. All items are produced in-house and are created on a sale-by-sale basis so your purchase will be made to order for you once you have made your purchase. No item is lying around awaiting a buyer to be found. Over the years we have prided ourselves in providing exemplary service to our customers. As shoppers ourselves we know what service means to a customer and we will always go the extra mile and then some to try and resolve any issues you may have in a grown-up manner. We know customers and sometimes repeat customers if we are lucky, are our lifeblood and we do not neglect that responsibility. Payment is through Paypal only at the moment. If paying through Paypal by E-cheque orders will be held until payment has cleared and will then be shipped out to you in the normal manner. We ship products 5 days per week and occasionally on Saturdays if the workload permits. Items will be shipped, normally within 2 business days and indeed may be shipped the same day, again workload permitting. We ship internationally to most destinations from our home in the UK. Postage will be by tracked mail within the UK. Please allow 7 days for your order to arrive though most internal orders will arrive within 2-3 days. Postage to international destinations will be through Royal Mail's Standard International Delivery service. International deliveries will take longer and international buyers should allow up to 21 days for delivery though most orders will arrive within 10-14 days. This is to allow not only for the transit of your order but for any customs checks and local law requirements for the country you are buying from. Please be aware that any import duties or internal taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We have a no quibble 100% returns policy for the first 30 days. The buyer will be expected to pay return postage for unwanted items. This does not apply if the item arrives damaged or has been damaged in transit or has been sent in error.
