A washed-up actor, desperate and suicidal, moves into a haunted apartment building rife with supernatural creatures, ghost hunters, zombies, and souls of the undead. Also in the building is a white sorcerer and a black one. One neighbor resurrects a dead loved one with the improper incantations and it returns as a ravenous zombie.
