HISTORY:

The Air Max Fly 'Black' builds upon the original spring launch with a dark colorway, bringing a night-time vibe to Nike's summer collection. This addition to the famous line of running sneakers started by Tinker Hatfield in 1987 features a one-piece mesh upper and heat-welded seams for a lightweight, streamlined fit. Under the heel, blocky Max Air units in an angled design cushion the foot while giving it a little more elevation.

PRODUCT DETAILS:

The Air Max Fly 'Black' puts a simple two-tone look on its modern performance construction. The shoe's upper is built with one-piece mesh, supported by heat-welded seams and finished entirely in black. White on the Swoosh branding and forefoot accents the design underneath, with Air branding on the heel. Underfoot, the white midsole sports angled Max Air units in the heel for cushioning.
