Vintage original 27x41 in. US one-sheet poster from the 1980's multi-Academy Award-winning comedy drama, TERMS OF ENDEARMENT, released in 1985 by Paramount Pictures and directed by James L. Brooks. Based upon the novel by Larry McMurtry and featuring a screenplay by James L. Brooks, the story follows hard-to-please Aurora Greenway (Shirley MacLaine) looking for love and her daughter's (Debra Winger) family problems. The cast includes Jack Nicholson, Danny DeVito, Jeff Daniels, John Lithgow, Lisa Hart Carroll, Betty King, and Huckleberry Fox.

The design features a great black-and-white exterior shot of Aurora Greenway (Shirley MacLaine) in a happier moment with her daughter, Emma Horton (Debra Winger). Unrestored and rolled as originally issued, it is in very fine condition with light signs of random wear long the top edge, two small creases on the bottom left corner, and some very small scattered creases from handling over time. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws.

Terms of Endearment won five Academy Awards including "Best Actress in a Leading Role" (Shirley MacLaine), "Best Actor in a Supporting Role" (Jack Nicholson), "Best Writing, Screenplay Based on Material from Another Medium" (James L.
