Vintage Medana Xtensa Cameo Watch Pendant Necklace  / Brooch

Has faceted prong-set amethyst stones, blue stones ( possibly star sapphire) and faux pearls

Can wear as a necklace or brooch

Watch Pendant is 2.25"  x  1.25"

Chain is 26" long

Very Rare!  I cannot find another one like it.

Good Vintage condition. I Have Not Cleaned it so It does need to be cleaned. Probably needs a new battery
