You are bidding on this college textbook, which is in an Ohio State University book cover. It is titled THE AMERICAN ECONOMY, PRINCIPLES, PRACTICES, AND POLICIES, and was written by C. Lowell Harriss, Ph.D. It was published in 1953 by Richard D. Irwin, Inc. in Homewood Illinois. It is in good condition, with some wear at the corners and edges of the cover, but the cover in general is in great shape, with thanks to being kept in a cover. The paper, do-it-yourself cover is not so lucky. It is torn in several spots, and the taping is coming off. The binding is still good, but is beginning to slightly loosen, and all 1051 pages plus index are intact and in good condition. There are several names, addresses, and room numbers written inside the front and back covers, from former students who have had the book. It is a nice, but older textbook on economics.
