You are bidding on this nice gently used Nylon Decorative Balloon Celebration Banner. It is in very good condition, with little sign of wear at all with the exception of a few very light stains on it. These stains are so light that they are very hard to see. The banner is mounted on a scroll staff that is just over 30” across. There is a narrow ribbon attached to each end of the staff for the purpose of hanging the banner. The banner itself is 27.5” wide, and 39.5” long. It is a very nice celebration banner, could be possibly removed from the staff and washed, and then put back on the staff, or made into a flag. It is a great, re-useable decorative piece.
