Replacement/Exchange
• We accept exchange/replace item within 7-14 days after customer receive merchandise.
• Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception.
• We will process RMA within 7-14 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.
