Here’s a used turntable motor, TYJ50-8A19 removed from a working scratch and dent Frigidaire FFCE1638LS microwave. This motor is used in several different brands of microwaves so check your part number and if it matches, you’re good to go. It includes the plastic turntable drive coupling. It draws 4 Watts at 50/60 Hz and rotates at 4 to 4.8 rpm depending on the line frequency.

If the turntable on your microwave doesn’t rotate, the problem may be with the drive coupler. Most microwave ovens with a round glass tray use a motor driven coupler to turn the tray as the motor turns. Remove the tray and inspect the coupler. Most models will have a three prong coupler that will just slide off of the motor shaft. The coupler has a D shaped opening that fits snugly on the motor shaft and if it is cracked or worn it will need to be replaced.
