 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex. 100% Polyester lining. Attached Crinoline. It has a low V-neck back & zippers in the back. 

Measurements taken flat:

 17" up to 20" Bust, 13" - 14.5" Waist, 36" Long. It is marked a size 15/16 but as you can see it measures much smaller. Please go by the measurements so it will fit you! 

It has a small spot on the inside that you can see in one of the pics that I posted. It;s not on the outside of the dress so it won't show while your wearing it. Due to the sequins I did not want to try laundering it myself first & will leave that to you. It is being sold AS IS.
