
Payment is due within 7 days of the end of the auction via Paypal except for vehicles. If payment is not received within 4 days, will open an unpaid case, but it goes away when payment is made. Failure to pay will result in a nonpayer complaint with as bidding is a contract.

Please verify that you are purchasing the correct item! Returns are only accepted for items that are not consistent with the description of the item in the auction. I DO NOT offer refunds if you change your mind, decide you ordered the wrong item ,or what you receive is "sustantially consistent" with the description I provide, and the terms of the sale.
Because many of the items I sell are "New-other", meaning the box may have been opened or is a store return, etc, there is the possibility there could be minor blemishes or distressed boxes. However I do my best to identify anything you would want to be advised of.
I try very hard to inspect and describe anything that is substantive or would take away from the usefulness of the item, and describe that in the ad/auction. For example, I would not consider a nick or scratch on the bottom side of an item to be substanative as it would never be seen or affect functionality, however a scratch on the visual side of an item that can be seen from more that a reasonable distance away is generally substantive. If there is something substanative when you receive your item and it wasn't detailed in the ad, I will work with you diligently to make things right! I do my best to describe the items and provide pictures, but sometimes non-substanative little nicks or blemishes miss my inspection, especially if they can only be seen at certain angles. Remember IF there is a substantive difference, that is a different story and I will work to make it right!!!!
For motors items, inserts a compatability chart that sometimes has errors. I have no control of its content. This information is pulled from some database somehwere that contracts with. And generally it matches other vendors on the internet. It has been known on rare occasions to have errors. So please verify compatability with the manufacturers website or other sellers on-line so that you have the correct application. If there is any question or you are not sure of the model you need for your specific vehicle I can try to help. Shipping can be quite expensive on these heavy auto parts, so if you order the wrong item due to not validating the correct application with the manufacturer or other reputable online vendors, I cannot not give refunds.

We are not a regular business, my name is Andrew and I am a 22 year old college student who is trying to make some extra money for his college and living expenses. My father and I purchase truckloads and pallets of items that are often from major store returns that have damaged boxes, but the contents are fine when I sell them. I check the items for damage and completeness, and then repackage them( when necessary) and generally can offer them at substantially less than the price you can find at other places. I have been doing with my father for around 10 years. I took over when I turned 18 and he more or less is retired and just does his day job as an electrical engineer. I have great feedback because I really try to help out my customers, and many are repeat customers.
