This is the Star Wars figure of Emperor Palpatine that was only available as a mail off premium in 1984 from Kenner Toys. It stands 4" high and is in near mint condition but it is loose with no box. It has been stored in a smoke and pet free environment and the photo is of the actual toy that you will receive.
