Onslow by Tuttle sterling silver hand chased sugar bowl and creamer. The pieces are marked with #1834 and have a date mark FR III for Franklin Roosevelt 3rd term: 1941-45. The measurements for the sugar bowl are 4" tall, 6 1/2" wide (with handles), and it weighs 10.9 ozt. The creamer is 4 1/4" tall, 6 1/2" wide (with handle), and it weighs 7.8 ozt. The 2-piece set weighs 18.70 ozt. It is not monogrammed and is in excellent condition.
