You're looking at a Crown desktop calculator. Model CL-100. Made by the Crown Radio Corporation, Japan in the early 70's. Switchable power. Can run on 117 or 220 volts. 

Has been tested and is in proper working condition. Overall condition is very good, light wear from normal use. Pictures are of the actual item and show condition.
