This 2 piece sugar bowl is the pattern Sherwood.  In excellent condition, it stands 6.5" tall with the lid.  The handles measure 5.5" from end to end. It has a pedestal base and shape is identified as heirloom. The J&G Meakin of England manufacturer mark identifies the age early 1960's. Company was founded in 1851 and ceased production in 2000. No chips, cracks or crazing.
