Lot of 4 TI 2N697 NPN Silicon Transistors
Case is TO-5 with gold plated leads. TI marking without logo and part markings are plainly visible. Parts are very well preserved with however 1 piece shows some minor scratches on the case (probably from storage loose in bag).
These are vintage old-stock transistors.
