Vintage Gold Medal red-handled 8" kitchen utility scissors

Very cool old pair of utility scissors.
They include a can opener, bottle opener and screwdriver on handle area. 
Shows signs of use over time, see pics for details. Most speciafically some loss of red paint on handles. 

Measure 8 1/4" x 2 7/8" at handles.
