The pattern is uncut and in original folds.  The instructions are there.  The envelope is excellent vintage condition.  The envelope flap is still attached.  Copyright 2003.

Pattern comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and is shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert.  The zip bag is great for storing the pattern!
