These handmade copper earrings are wire wrapped Celtic knots with dark blue crystal dangles. Medium gauge wire is carefully formed and hammered by hand to strengthen and flatten. Fine gauge wire is used to weave individual pieces together in an overlapping Celtic knot design. A small dangle with flattened end and dark blue crystal bead hangs from the bottom. The ear wires are handmade from coper wire. This is a versatile and eye catching design suitable for any occasion including casual wear, business attire, or a night out.

Copper - I use natural 100% copper wire to create copper jewelry items. It is not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidizes over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny.
