Here we have a 100% guaranteed authentic P. of A Member Pin in wonderful condition. On the top bar is a celluloid dog sled photo, Please look at the top left corner, there seems to be lighter, this is how I purchased this item some 30 years ago. I have yet to see a pin manufactured WHITEHEAD & HOAG Co. Newark N.J. as great as this and in this condition.
Center bar is celluloid MEMBER and the bottom pendant has a blue and cream logo with P. of A. with a pair of snowshoes crossed. There are no cracks or chips in the celluloid. Pin has all working findings. The pin is copper backed with 2 safety pins, brass frame and aged celluloid colored lithograph or transfer? insert
Pin has a nice patina and I don't polish these items as sometimes I think it takes away from the value.
