This purse is the size of an evening bag or large change purse.  It has a chain it hangs from.  I realize the category I am using to date this is a little off.  I think it is after flapper and before 1940.  I think the lining is silk and does not appear to have any tears.  I think the beads are either glass or a fragile plastic.  I think the design is in glass beads and tiny seed pearls. The glass beads in the design are very shiny.  My knowledge is limited but I am trying to be accurate. The frame is metal and not shiny but there is a design etched in it.  The bag is 4 1/2 inches long and almost 5 1/2 inches wide,  and the chain adds about 5 inches in hanging length.  There are spots of discoloration along the frame on the lining and on the beading at the frame on one side.  I have owned this for over 40 years and it has been in a smoke free home. It probably needs to be cleaned but is out of expertise.
