Express Black Striped Dress Pants - Women's Size 0R - Button & Hook Closure. 29 1/2" Inseam. 9" Rise. Waist Measures 30". Wide Waistband with 3 Hooks. These are black pants with a thin white pinstripe. Nice buckle across the back to adjust for perfect fit. The only thing we could find wrong with them is the Express tag on the outside has copper and silver colors - it can be removed. Otherwise these are in good used condition.
