I am unsure of the age of the napkin ring, but it looks like an older piece, and has a sticker inside that says made in India. It is 1" thick, has an outside diameter of 2" and an inside diameter of 1.5". It is a nice hand carved napkin ring, and a wonderful, collectible piece.
