Short Sleeve Dress w/Scalloped Neckline

 Originally a vintage dress that was longer and was shortened, this has had a turquoise netting border added to the bottom of it. Dress has very pretty blue & green shades in it in and is reminiscent of an impressionistic painting. Measurements taken flat: 20" Bust but not counting the darts. It does have darts!  16.5" Waist. Length: 27" from underneath armpit to bottom of dress. I measure from here because it gives a more reaslistic measurement for the length. There is 3" of netting that has not been counted in the length measurements. Most of the dresses listed are standard sizes & are sized accurately unless stated.
