Several species have been introduced into England, but only two, the annual Summer or Garden Savory and the perennial, Winter Savory are generally grown.

Planting instructions ; In the Late Spring after the last frost warning: Sow the Seeds 1/4 to 1/2" deep into Seedbed freshly tilled and prepared with High Organic matter. Soil should be well drained and well situated for medium to full sunlight each Day. Zones 2-10. 22-70 days to maturity and harvest.
