Condition: pre owned vintage, cared for,  great condition!! 

Snap is loose on waist and hook for bar is missing.

Waist is 25" but moving the snap and hook can gain 2 inches or a little more. No zipper, just V opening below waist snap, so not constrained as much as with zipper.
