This is a Vintage Bottle Opener Advertising Samovar Genuine Dry Vodka (#0756). It measures 5 inches long by 2 inches wide. On the back it states “PRODUCT OF U.S.A.BOAKA KOMPANIYA. SCHENLEY. P.A. AND FRESNO. CALIFORNIA. MADE FROM GRAIN. 80 AND 100 PROOF”’ I think it is made from stainless steel, because there is no rusting and it is in very good condition, considering its age.
