·       Chest: Wear a slim fitted undershirt, take a deep inhale, then measure the fullest parts of chest around underarms and torso, adding 2 inches for comforts that’s a tight fit measurements. The results of your measurement would be less than twice of Underarm (seam to seam) or 44 inches. Suggested measurement: 38-40”

·       Waist: Wear a slim fitted undershirt, then measure around belly button (navel) and torso. The results of your measurement would be less than twice of (across fifth button ~16” from neck) or 40.5 inches. Suggested measurement: 34-36

·       Arm: Measure from center back neck over the shoulder and down to the wrist.
