You are bidding on a New With Tags Ted Baker navy blue sleeveless tunic top in a Ted size 4 or a Large (US). The deeply scooped top is made of 100% Tencel, but has silk pleated ruffles running down the front, with a goldenrod top stitching (see photo details).
