Payment:
We accept payment through
confirmed PayPal accounts. If you experience difficulties with making a payment
through Paypal, we do allow up to 10 days to receive payment after a winning
bid. Please email us if you cannot make a Paypal payment after 10 days.

exceptions).

Customer service policy: We stand behind all of our
products.
Defective items: If an item come from the factory defective,
or with missing parts,. we have stock spare parts available, and can offer
product support through an email-support system. In case an item arrives as
defective and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, then a brand new item will
replace the defective at our item. No new replacement items will be sent out
without first consulting product support staff.
All products (unless otherwise stated) have a 7-day
exchange/store credit policy.
In the case you are not satisfied with the purchase, you must
contact us for a RMA number within 7 days or receiving the item. All returns
must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. A 15%
re-stocking fee deducted from store credit if original packaging and materials
are not returned in new condition. Shipping is non-refundable and refunds
given will be less actual shipping cost including items that qualified for free
shipping.
Free shipping only applies to items that are not returned.
Any exchange for the same item within 7 days will qualify for free shipping. As
an added service, shipping will be paid for by the seller on all exchanged
items. Because we offer low prices on e bay, we do not pay for return
shipping back to our warehouse.
We will not charge shipping back to customers who exchange
for the same item or for defective items.
