This is a bundle. It comes with a 18k Gold Plated AA Medallion Holder Keychain. It also comes with bronze AA medallion of your choice inserted in the ring. The coin is not custom we insert the coin of your specification. You can choose years 1-65 or Months 1-11 or even 24 Hours. We'll insert the medallion and ship direct. It's not that the medallion is hard to insert, just that sometimes a gift is best when sent complete. The keychain is easy to use. Just unscrew the top bezel and insert any 1 5/16" medallion. Then screw the top back onto the hoop to secure the medallion. The medallion is a bronze Anniversary style roman numeral on the front. It has the Serenity Prayer on back and the year or month on the front in roman numerals. When selecting your year or month please specify the number and also choose Year, Month or Hours to tell us the type. The custom tool will show us what you want and yours will arrive with a year medallion in roman numeral. A month or 24 will have the number normally. Note because this is a keychain which gets more abuse than a necklace you might consider securing the medallion in the hoop and the screw top of the bezel with glue or locktite. We ship them inserted but not adhered so you can remove the coin as needed.
