We scanned this single sticker page with both a white background and with a blur background to better show the edges and details. Although there is a faint white line that runs along the right side - this is NOT on the sticker page (it is a scanner defect only, as you can see it also runs through the blue background paper too).

Back side of label features an order form to order Plush Kolorkins Toys with proof of purchase.

It Says; "Just accumulate 10 points from KODAK Products
for each KoloRKINS Toy you order. KODAK KOLORKINS Toys
Offer valid on purchases from Mar. 29, 1989 to Dec. 31, 1989. Requests must be received by Jan. 31,1990."

CONDITION: Near Mint. Labels are clean and not curled, written on or marked, sheet was folded in half with perforations down middle. Perfs are not torn or separated. Very minor discoloration from age.

RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Due to the nature of this particular item, this sale is final, except if damaged in transit of course.
