There is some outer box wear, one of the hotels corner has been dented but still stands up right and the bottom tabs of another hotel piece are broken during assembly but stands upright without issue. The Game board itself in the folding corner is coming up slightly. There are 2 100 game money that are used  more than the the others showing crinkling and there is a spot on the back of it as pictures. Please refer to the pictures for more details.
