Shawnee was such a beloved pottery in our American landscape throughout the 1940s and 1950s. They were very busy putting utilitarian and decorative kitchen pottery right out of Zanesville, Ohio until the early 1960s. These adorable lovebirds sit on top of a stump. They have l8ng, beautiful tales and the colors are rich and deep. Lots of crazing and a little dusty but not one crack or flake. 5.75 inches tall and 3.5 inches across.
