Truly stunning Weiss layered brooch.  The dark blue stones are marquise and the center is round.  The pinwheel design and stones on the scalloped trim are small light blue stones.  All stones are prong set.  The rhodium plated metal is brilliant.  The construction is amazing and the brooch is in excellent condition. The prongs are all secure and the hardware works well.  

The brooch in lovely condition with no obvious flaws.  Very sparkly!  Just a beautiful old piece!  My photos do not do it justice.
