and 2 button close faux pockets in front.

There is a painted rose on the back.

This measures 26" at the chest 

(measuring just above the pockets), 

and 17" from top to bottom 

(my own humble measurements).  

This fabulous vest is made of 

100% cotton, and it is labeled 

machine washable.
