The Edwards D02607000 APG100-LC is an active Pirani vacuum gauge with a range of 1000 to 10E-4 mbar and non-
linear output. It has a replaceable stainless steel sensor tube and corrosion resistant filament. The APG100-LC also 
has cable connections and gauge adjustment, and the sensor tube can be baked to 150°C.
