  • WDT TOOL – WDT, Weiss Distribution Technique is a method of puck preparation that evenly distributes coffee grounds in your portafilter. This tool has three thin needles that are used to rake the grounds and break up any clumps before tamping. An even distribution in the portafilter provides a more uniform and tasty extraction and prevents channeling and spurting during extraction.
