The CH-MIC70 is a push to talk gooseneck condenser paging microphone with built in chimes designed for commercial applications. It has a built in mic preamp to ensure it gets a strong and clear signal without distortion. It also does not require 48V phantom power because it has the pre-amp built in! Simply plug this into either a line level or mic level input of your mixer or receiver and you are good to go. This mic was designed by Rockville and works in the following way: 1.When you want to talk into the mic and make an announcement it will make a chime in sound and then you can make your announcement. 2.When you are done with your announcement you hit the mic out button and it will make a chime out sound and the mic will be muted. We also added a chime volume control that allows you to raise or lower the volume of the chime. You can turn the chime off by lowering the chime volume to 0. This mic has a great frequency range and great sound quality. Most people use it for announcements and speeches but you can even sing into the mic it will sound great. This mic has a flexible gooseneck making it perfect for conference rooms, churches, schools, restaurants, and other commercial applications. Lastly, the included pop filter enhances the signal by reducing the amplitude of the plosives in the speech making the output clean and balanced.
