I don't know a lot about this item.

It is carve signed Berenguer which is a doll company.

It LOOKS like someone took a doll head, made a mold and then casted it in plaster or concrete then painted it gold.

It would make a nice candle Holder. Very heavy for its size

Approx 4 x 4.5 x 3.5" at widest dimensions.

Weighs about 3 lbs

Wear is as seen... plenty of missing paint, chips, concrete air holes, etc... great look
