Incomplete set.

Scratches, scuffs, tears and stains on box.

Scratches and scuffs on all parts and pieces.

The small pieces inside of the paper envelopes are rusted.

Note there are a couple holes on the bottom of the box near the edge.

Several of the track pieces are missing a plastic pin but all metal pins appear to be intact.

NO CARS OR INSTRUCTIONS.
