Ladies Sterling Silver 1 13/16"Oval Belt Buckle With 22 Round Cut Rhinestones.  Fits belt 1 1/8" wide. 1 1/8
 wide at widest point.   I believe this is a belt buckle, but not totally sure.  Clearly stamped Sterling on the back, has 3 sharp prongs that could grasp a belt or piece of cloth, could be a scarf holder also, Beautiful 22 round cut Rhinestones, no issues, this is vintage, not brand new.
