This is an original Homelink garage door opener transmitter connection cable for select GM vehicles. The Home Link transmitter module it was paired with was part number 22809886 or 84084118. It is not included. Just the harness pictured. We have another listing in our store that includes the transmitter. We obviously cannot guarantee it with any other part number not listed.
It will come exactly as pictured. It was removed from an assembly line leftover console, so it has never been in a vehicle. It has spaces for 4 pins but only 3 of them are populated.

We're not a custom shop or an install shop, so we can't tell you what you'll need to do to make it work for you if you don't have HomeLink now.
