This is a microphone assembly, part number 4E0035711 F, used in some Audi / VW vehicles.  It is in new condition.  This assembly features 2 microphones connected to 1 connector and would be installed in the overhead console of the vehicle.  It is used for OnStar or E-Call systems, as well as Bluetooth handsfree calling and other voice functions.
