Previously owned with some scuffs / scratches on the handle and unfortunately one of the spikes that holds the inside of umbrella broke off and punctures the fabric.  One other spike appears to be bent out of shape and is not fully pushing the fabric out when it is open so we are selling it AS-IS For Parts or Repair
