This is a genuine Yamaha power supply for some Yamaha keyboards, digital drum machines, midi gear and other electronic instruments. The model is PA-5B which is getting quite difficult to find now. This one works perfectly and looks very good as well.

Used by several home (including PSR, DJX, DGX, YPG models and more) and professional keyboards, some of the Yamaha digital pianos (YPR, P, YPP, PF and more) and many of the electronic drums (like some DD, YDD models) and some non-Yamaha units as well. This is a heavy duty adapter for the larger model Yamaha instruments.
