By purchasing our products you, as The Buyer acknowledge and agree with the following:  Do to the nature of our product we do not offer Returns nor Refunds of any kind. Our serviced products are covered by a 14 days warranty from the reception date that imply Only Repair or Replacement, no Returns. In addition as for computers, software that has been changed or altered from the initial settings do to viruses, accidents or any external factors are not covered by any warranty. All the equipment would be tested before packing and shipping. Will do the best we can to secure packages by using good quality packing providing a good amount of packing material for safe arriving, but we cannot and will not take any responsibility for damages done by carriers.
