Q: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
A:
Once payment is received and your order is processed, the buyer is
notified via the message system and provided with an estimated
delivery date, usually a range of days when the item might be delivered.
The item is then prepared for shipping.
When it ships depends
upon in which warehouse the item is located and the buyer's shipping
address. It will be shipped to reach the buyer within the estimated
delivery dates.
When an item physically ships, a tracking number
and carrier is recorded in the system or the item is marked
shipped, if no tracking number is available.
Orders are entered, but are not readied for shipping on weekends or holidays.
The
shipping system does its best to get items delivered as scheduled,
sometimes there are delays beyond anyone's control. Please contact me
via the message system, if you have not received an item by the
last day in the estimated delivery dates.
Q: ABOUT MY INVENTORY
A:
Products are new, unless otherwise described. Some of the inventory I
sale is on hand and some of the inventory ships directly from
suppliers.
Items are shipped from warehouses in different parts
of the US or directly from my suppliers. A third-party shipping
facilitation system maybe used to ensure efficient and timely delivery
of items.
If items are found broken before shipping or the
inventory count is off or the item is back ordered, refunds will be
promptly issued.
Q: RETURNING AN ITEM
A: If you need
to return an item, please first let me know by messaging me through the message system. I will coordinate the return with you as promptly
as possible.
