A Chicago surburbanite (Martin Short) plays character Martin Harvey who finds out he inherits an treasured yacht. So he sets off with his entire family, on a one way flight to the  Caribbean islands. Once they set foot on the island Martin Short hires a dubious Captain Ron to sail them on an adventure to Miami but things don't go as planned, it's gonna be a wavy ride ahead!
